Gretchen took on the sale of my Dad's house last year; part of his estate that we needed to liquidate. She immediately became committed to presenting an "as is" property in the best possible light, with a creative and professional marketing plan. Gretchen scheduled open houses and showings during some brutal winter months, and even shoveled when we couldn't get there. We closed in record time, with all negotiations and contracts being taken care of without a hitch...despite the "as is" condition of the house. Her support and constant communication left me to handle the other complicated estate details. What a relief to know the house sale was being handled by a pro!
