This was our 4th out of state move but 1st time we did it without a relo company. It's not easy throwing a dart at the dartboard to find a good realtor...and since we've moved so many times, we knew how important it was to find a GOOD realtor. I researched as much as I could, and Gretchen's name continued to pop up on my searches. I reached out to her and quickly understood why! Gretchen is a go getter and surrounds herself with a team that WANTS to get it done and get it done the BEST way possible. I'm not going to lie, when you just meet someone and they are telling you to trust them with the biggest investment you'll ever own and how much you'll have to put in, in order to get back, it's tough! But Gretchen came in, with full confidence, and sold us on day 1! Her team came in with their recommendations on what we needed to do, prior to listing our house, and we got our home sold, on day 1! Well over asking price (when 2 other homes in our neighborhood hadn't moved in months)! As amazing as it was to get the house under contract so quickly, it was not an easy process getting to the finish line, of NO fault to Gretchen. We unfortunately had a tough time with our buyers and their team, but I only say this because Gretchen (and her team) was there, every step of the way! Even if it was just to listen to me vent and be there for support. It was a long road to the finish line, but I could not be more grateful that Gretchen was by our side. I can't say enough about her knowledge, drive, dedication, communication, team and heart! We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Gretchen to anyone buying or selling their home! I only wish that I had met her years before we ended up moving out of state!

Tammy was a life line and savior thru the whole overwhelming experience of selling my parents home with over 50 years of belongings.
